Cats Of PonsonbyIt was just getting dark on the streets of Ponsonby and several lights were already on. Behind the restaurant known as The Tinned Trout a young alley cat was slinking around, looking for a way in. Upon finding nothing he laid down for a nap. A human was coming down the alleyway with a box of vegetables, muttering something about making wonderful marvellous soup in an accent that could easily be Irish or Scottish, maybe even German. This was the head chef and owner of the restaurant, Cal. He loved children and was the headmaster of a nearby school. However he did not like cats. As luck should have it the young cat snuck like lightning through
No. 54: TowerIt was a sad day, a sad day indeed. But of course, there had not been much to smile about - not since Her Grace, the Grand Duchess had locked me up. But alas - there was not much that I, Mandrake - could do about the situation. Her influence was powerful and there was not a soul alive that would have me, not after hearing what I had done to those poor orphans. Indeed, I was in a very sad state. If one were to see me then and now I would be unrecognisable. Since I was put away I had no way to clean or shave, or even to own simple things such as buttons and shoelaces. I had to make do with ivy I found growing outside my cell.

These guys look a lot like one of my friend's own species creature which is why I clicked on it...
